AGS Noida Organises a Social-Emotional Skills Activity on Positive Self-Care for P3 Students
Noida, 5 January 2021: Amity Global School’s success with its virtual classes is being effectively reflected in the wholehearted participation of students in different activities being conducted regularly. One of the examples was the Positive Memory Hand session organised by Ms. Anusha Bhandari for Grade P3.
For this activity, the learners drew their hand caricatures and on the five fingers of the hand in their drawing they portrayed the five senses – Vision, Audibility, Smell, Taste, and Touch. The children of this leading Cambridge school in Delhi NCR portrayed these senses along with a mention of things associated with them. These were their favourite view, sound, fragrance, food taste and the texture they like the most.
Through this social emotional skills activity, teachers wanted children to understand the significance of a calm mind and know that with their positive hand sketch they can carry their positive memories anywhere.
It was an interesting activity enjoyed by all participants and the pictures of some learners posing with their drawings have been shared on the social media pages of the school.
