Vivo is providing free warranty extension of 90 days for customers amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
our safety is our priority and in line with government guidelines, vivo encourages you to stay home whenever possible to protect you and your family. The free extension of 90 days warranty will automatically be applied to all vivo smartphones* sold in India with warranty expiring on 1st March 2020 to 31st May 2020. We do this because we care.
Due to current situation and government decision, our service centers will remain closed till, 3rd May 2020.

‘vivo service’ is all-time more caring. So, for all the handset expiring warranty period between 1st March 2020 to 31st May 2020, warranty extended for 90 more days. For the handset expiring replacement period between 15th March 2020 to 30th May 2020, extended replacement date to 31st May 2020.
Before service center resume business, for handset which have one-time screen replacement offer or extended warranty going to expire, extended the service validation period by 7 days for customers, calculated from the day when service center resume business.
