Responsibilities:
- Translating Business Requirements into application code
- Documenting the application specifications
- Performing code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications
- Working with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
- Collaborating with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Supporting deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HCM and/or Finance ERP software application exposure to Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT or other integration technologies
- Experience with Workday technical suite which includes Workday Studio, EIB, report writer, custom reporting, calculated fields, XSLT, Workday Security functional areas and security domains, core connectors, document transformation
- An understanding of RESTful APIs and the integration development lifecycle
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-based system integrations
- High-level understanding of the Workday integration (with other systems/applications) architecture, in particular, API’s
- High Level understanding on how data extraction could happen with RaaS, SOAP services using OAUTH2.0 implementation
- Outbound integration experience and calling external APIs
- Experience building complex custom reports
- Experience integrating with third party systems
- Good understanding of the development and implementation of SaaS cloud platforms and products.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations.
